Registration for authors of accepted papers
- Each accepted paper needs to be supported by a paid author registration. Authors who are presenting multiple papers should pay a corresponding multiple of the registration fee.
- For an accepted paper to be published, registration must be completed before October 1st, 2021.

Author Conference Registration Includes: Presentation and publication of 1 accepted paper, online conference attendance and proceedings.

Payment policy
Payment of the registration fee is included in the registration procedure. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards, PayPal, and iDeal. A final confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
Cancellation policy
Paid registrations can be cancelled until October 1. Please contact Geert Heijenk (geert.heijenk@utwente.nl) to receive a refund. Administrative costs and optional banking fees will be extracted from the total refund sum.
